In Apollo Beach, a homeowner wanted a large, bug-free outdoor space where she could enjoy Florida living without sacrificing comfort. Graco Construction made it happen with a warm, elegant design that seamlessly extended her existing lanai.

The project included:

• ✔️ 16 x 34 paver patio added to the existing 10 x 34 lanai

• ✔️ 16 x 34 screen enclosure with 10’ high walls

• ✔️ Warm-tone pavers with two coats of satin-finish paver sealer and sand lock

• ✔️ Mansard-style roof (flat center, sloped sides) for height and openness

• ✔️ Heavy-duty 36” screen door with deluxe hardware, locking handle, and bug sweep

• ✔️ Bronze frame and charcoal Phifer 18/14 mesh screen

The goal was a seamless extension of the current space—and the result is a beautifully unified patio with functional protection from bugs and the elements.
